PERS, Care Everyday, and Anywhere Care together form a comprehensive, device-enabled care ecosystem designed to expand access to care across the community and the home. This integrated solution suite, which combines the capabilities of Higi and VRI, enables healthcare organizations to reach individuals facing barriers to care — including those in rural or underserved areas, and populations living with chronic conditions or complex care needs, including high risk pregnancies, frailty, or social isolation — with personalized, continuous support. We use our PERS solution to partner with states, managed care organizations, providers, and community organizations to increase preventive care utilization, improve HEDIS and quality performance, reduce avoidable emergency department utilization, enhance member experience and engagement and lower total cost of care. In addition to our PERS offering, our affiliate Higi provides technology-enabled clinical care solutions through its Care Everyday and Anywhere Care programs. These solutions operate under the supervision of an affiliated 50-state clinical network and are delivered in partnership with a Professional Corporation (PC) and supported by a Managed Services Organization (MSO). This structure enables Higi to provide a turnkey clinical services platform that can integrate with and extend existing care teams, credential under health systems and accountable care organizations (ACOs), and contract as a provider under medical loss ratio (MLR) budgets.
