Vrddi is a B2B SaaS HR Tech platform which aims to address Employee Financial Wellness and build Financial Resilience at a global scale. Vrddi takes a 100+ year old model known as 'Cooperatives' or 'Self Help Groups' (SHGs) which is widely used in factories and manufacturing houses across the world today to create our own: Employee Group Deposit Corpus (EGDC) to provide debt and interest free funds to participating employees during times of financial strain. An EGDC is a system where participating employees deposit a pre-agreed upon amount from their salary into a group corpus - The accumulated funds are then provided to one beneficiary - to cover a financial contingency or a dream purchase (We have over 60+ categories under our coverage). Any remaining amount is redistributed to other participating employees as 'Parking gains'. We do this through an online technology-based decision-making system that scans every application - where the beneficiary is able to attain 10x the funds they contributed. We do this transparently, it's fully automated - Minimal input is needed from any HR or Admin teams - Using EGDCs also means the company doesn't need to utilize any of their working capital and employees don't have to worry about interest or falling into a debt trap.
