At VRAI, our mission is to redefine exceptional human performance through better training, unlocking every individual’s full potential in order to help save lives. We believe human performance data is currently the untapped resource in training and have built our product - HEAT - to transform this resource into actionable insights. We envision a future where simulation is within arms reach of anyone who needs it, where individuals can access personalised, adaptive learning environments, so that they can develop the skills they need to flourish. HEAT integrates with simulators of all kinds to provide an analytics layer that delivers actionable insights into human performance. We work with customers in defence and security such as the Irish Defence Forces, The Royal Air Force and BAE Systems. We also have customers in civil aviation - IAG In Heathrow Airport and energy generation with Orsted and Vestas as well as working with some of the worlds largest companies such as Amazon Web Services, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals and Samsung Electronics. We believe in creating shared value for our customers, investors, employees and community by adopting the ‘Triple Bottom Line’. We focus not just on profit, but also on people and the planet. VRAI is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland with offices in Newcastle in the North East of England.
