VPE Group was established to support the needs of our internal business units as they continued to grow and diversify. VPE’s unique shared services model allows the independent brands in our portfolio to leverage shared operational resources while maintaining their own unique brands and go-to-market strategies. Vista IT Group and V3 Distribution are the companies that make up VPE Group today. As a family-owned business, we are among a handful of private equity companies in the US who invests exclusively in the technology sector.
