Developed by an international team, our speech technology is for call centers and for embedded applications. Voxta’s speech recognition engines (ASR) convert speech into text, using complex algorithms to tune into different languages and accents. The dialog manager (DM) pulls it all together, controlling the ASR, TTS and information from a back-end 3rd party API. These components and flows, can all be configured easily through our configuration screens. We also have voice bio-metrics for enhanced security for voice based conversations.
