Vortech Sanitizing Systems LLC was formed in Ft. Lauderdale Florida in December 2007 to become the first Vortech Service Centre (VSC) with the purpose of serving the large yacht market with Antimicrobial Misting Treatments. This was followed by a VSC in Palma de Mallorca, Spain and another in Antibes, France in June 2008. The Tampa, Florida VSC was opened in August 2008 and another in Barcelona, Spain in October 2009. In June 2008 Vortech International Inc was formed to manage existing non USA VSC’s and develop new VSC’s worldwide. Negotiations for new VSC’s have been commenced in Italy, Malta, Turkey, Dubai, Kuwait and the United Kingdom. The original Shareholders & Directors of Vortech Systems in both Companies are Roger Madigan, Peter Allan and David Johnson.
