v.1 is a platform for conversation. It’s form and content are endlessly flexible — it’s always “volume 1.’ The publication stands as a witness to the work, ideas, discussions, debates, and aspirations that are ongoing at the Rhode Island School of Design. Whatever form it might take, v-1 strives to make space and time for conversations across diverse disciplines, cultures and perspectives.
