Navitas TEX — Transformer Excellence Hub Navitas TEX is the division of Navitas d.o.o. Beograd specialized in on-site assembly, overhaul, service, inspection and testing of power and distribution transformers, and in the installation and maintenance of HV and MV substation equipment. Our engineers and technicians bring years of field experience on large power transformers and high-voltage equipment, serving transmission and distribution utilities, renewable energy plants, industrial consumers and other partners in the energy sector. Services On-site assembly of power transformers — equipment receipt and inspection, installation of bushings, cooling and protection systems, vacuum treatment and oil filling, drying of the insulation system, electrical and functional testing, commissioning. Capacity from 50 kVA to 400 MVA, with focus on 110 kV and above. Field overhaul — condition diagnostics, active part inspection, insulation component replacement, cooling system service, oil replacement and regeneration, thermographic and electrical testing, dismantling, handling and relocation, preservation of spare units, return to service. Inspection of all transformer types and makes — technical examination, insulation and contact checks, electrical measurements, oil analysis, expert reports. OLTC service — mechanism dismantling and inspection, contact replacement, drive adjustment, oil change, functional testing, commissioning. Substations up to 35 kV / 12.5 MVA — transformer overhaul, MV switchgear inspection, breaker and disconnector service, protection system checks, earthing measurements, cable connection checks, functional testing.
