Voltatron AG is a leading provider of electronic solutions for industrial applications, with a particular focus on energy storage and battery systems. Through its specialized subsidiaries, the Company develops, manufactures, and markets electronic components, assemblies, and systems. In addition to battery and energy storage applications, these solutions are used in industrial measurement and control technology, IoT and automation solutions, professional event technology (lighting and audio), and medical technology. In 2025, the Management Board led by Martin Hartmann (CEO) and Florian Seitz (CFO) initiated a strategic realignment of the Group.
