They can tailor workouts to their athletes, manage their teams, track progress, and stay connected in one place. As athletes train, Volt’s Cortex® AI adjusts prescribed weights and workouts based on their performance and feedback. Athletes follow their training in the Volt app or train together on a shared tablet in the weight room.
