Volition builds off-grid AI data centers that are community friendly. The compute buildout is power-bound, not chip-bound. Interconnect queues run 6 to 8 years in the markets that matter, so we route around them: generation behind the meter, energized in months. Each site runs 1 to 50 MW, built at the edge, close to where the compute is used. We lease capacity to frontier labs, silicon CaaS providers, neoclouds, hyperscalers, and Fortune 500 enterprises. We own the energy stack underneath. Tenant-led, contract-anchored. Capacity is a contract, not a hope. The power is solid oxide fuel cells. We don't burn the fuel: natural gas into electricity through a chemical reaction, not a fire. No smokestack, no flame. Near-zero criteria pollutants, some CO2 (we don't claim zero), and closed-loop cooling, the same water reused. 100% of the power is made on-site. We bring our own power, so we don't take yours. That last part matters because we build in towns, not just markets. Property tax revenue stays local, and a named liaison with a published phone number answers when neighbors call. We're building the data center communities can say yes to. Founded 2020. Based in Utah.
