Voices Empowered is a licensed private investigation agency specializing in child abuse, domestic violence, CPS issues, custody/access issues, concerns of safety (dating, daycare/nanny, schools, community, churches, etc.), false abuse allegations, bullying, hate crimes, background checks, searches, and surveillance. Wendy Shepherd, CEO and principal investigator is an expert witness on child welfare and domestic violence issues. We also provide advocacy services such as watch, accompaniment and support in court, safety planning, appointments with CPS, mental health providers, legal services, etc. We are a safe exchange provider and a supervised visitation provider.
