✓ FTech’s main business activities: - Messaging services: One Time Password SMS (OTP SMS); Marketing SMS. - Mobile authentication solutions: OTP and Interactive password resetting solution (The mobile send context sms to the shortcode to get code). ✓ FTech’s other business activities: - Software development: Coding and developing software by demanding. - Providing and operating the SMSC for other companies. - Marketing services: Public relations, marketing and brand consultancy services. ✓ The way to provide the services to the clients: - Our clients are SMS HUB, SMS aggregator, the OTT (over the top) application like: Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, Viber..., other companies/brandnames who want to send marketing SMS/customer care SMS to their customers. - Our clients connect their system to our system through SMPP/API connection. They send/transfer SMS to the mobile phone numbers through these connections. Our system will continue to send to other peering HUB or to the telecom companies let the SMS terminate at the mobile phone numbers. - For other business activities, it depends on the contract with the client, we will provide them the products/services accordingly. ✓ Charging method: - Based on the various prices for each kind of SMS classified by: the brandname, the destination telcos, OTP/Marketing SMS, the volume of SMS, we will calculate to charge our clients monthly postpaid or prepaid payment by volume. - For other services: We will charge our client based on the specific contract.
