Since its creation in 2009, VMI has decided to take an original position in the automotive equipment market, so that major equipment manufacturers have a connectician at their service, able to meet their specific needs when catalog solutions are not suitable. This market, very dynamic, which allows VMI to address all European car manufacturers, benefiting from the network and the presence of its direct customers. Growth is there: + 25% every year since 2013, a doubling in size every two years. The dynamics are present in all the departments, in order to adapt the organizations to the growth and to the innovations: trade, design office, projects, tool workshop, production workshops, maintenance, supply chain purchasing and logistics, IT, human resources, accounting and finance.
