Modern Housing Solutions (MHS) is a company contracted by Defence Estates (part of the Ministry of Defence) to undertake maintenance, repairs and upgrades to 45,000 armed service families homes in England and Wales. A joint venture between Carillion plc and Enterprise plc, MHS was formed in November 2005. We have a dedicated team of employees and operatives trained and vetted to undertake work supporting the families of our soldiers, sailors, royal marines and air force personnel.
