Vixicom is a bilingual contact center in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. We opened in 2004, and today we are the oldest and largest Dominican-capital contact center in the country. We run customer service, inbound and outbound sales, lead generation, technical support and back-office programs for U.S. companies, in English and Spanish, 24/7.
