It starts with a Baseline Health Check covering more than 70 markers, reviewed by practitioners trained in optimal health, not just the absence of disease. From there, the Vively membership turns insight into change: personalised nutrition, lifestyle and supplement guidance from accredited dietitians, a plan that updates as new data comes in, and re-testing every three months so members can see exactly what's working. All for $99 a month, less than the cost of a single dietitian consult. A test is a snapshot. Vively is the trajectory: understand your health, change it, then protect it for the long term.
