VITEX S.A. was established in 1932 and holds the leading position in Greece in decorative paints and building chemicals sector. Headquartered in Aspropyrgos, Attica, the company operates six state-of-the-art production facilities, along with two subsidiaries in Southeast Europe (Serbia & Bulgaria), offering intergrated solutions in paints, external thermal insulation systems, bituminous waterproofing, and mortars. Vitex owns some of the most advanced and sustainable production units for paints, mortars, and ready-mixed plasters in Southeast Europe, supported by a strong network of partners across Greece and in more than 20 countries worldwide. Sustainability principles are embedded in Vitex’s operating model, with its production facilities implementing zero waste practices and net zero energy operations, supported by 1 MW rooftop photovoltaic. Scientific research is a strategic priority for Vitex, as reflected in the academic publications of its scientific team.
