For over 25 years Vitech PC Services has been providing expert & professional computer repair, consulting and general IT support services to individuals and small businesses in and around Chicagoland. Our services range from building custom PCs, to managing small business networks including virus cleanup & protection, data backup & recovery, and much more. We pride ourselves on our service, and can offer you the customized solutions that work best for you. Located in Itasca, IL we service the greater Chicagoland area and beyond. President and Master Technician, Jim started the company in 1995 as PC Upgrades Plus and has owned and operated Vitech PC Services for 25 years. A graduate of Bradley University with a Bachelors Degree in Electricial Engineering and Computer Science minor, Jim has led the charge in providing professional computer and networking services for businesses and homes all around the Chicagoland area. Vice-President and Co-Owner, Bob specializes in the building of new custom built computers. He attended Purdue University and carries a degree in Physics. On the computer side of things, Bob is also a virus and data specialist and helps coordinate the resolution of many major virus attacks and compromised systems. Master Technician Don Smolinski graduated with High Honors from ITT back in 2012, Don free-lanced for 2 years in the computer field before coming to work for Vitech PC Services. Don is a master of virtually all areas in the day-to-day operations including Microsoft Exchange. He is also a Sonicwall and Eset Security and Antivirus expert, and does just about everything handed to him. Mary is a DePaul University graduate specializing in marketing and communications. Mostly she is busy being a grade school teacher at a local perochial grade school, but she coordinates most sales and marketing projects and is a valuable asset to the team.
