Vitania is listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and is one of the oldest and most experienced companies in Israel in the field of initiating, developing and managing office buildings, commerce, residences and hotels. The company owns hundreds of thousands of square meters of revenue-generating office and commercial space throughout the country, which is leased to market-leading tenants in all fields. The company has additional projects amounting to approximately 400,000 square meters in planning, construction and development processes in Tel Aviv, Herzliya Pituach, Petah Tikva and Ness Ziona. 'Vitania Tel Aviv' was built on the Harash Street on the La Guardia junction.
