Since 1992, ViTAL Economy (VE) has brought its unique, asset-based, results-oriented Community Economic Development (CED) approach to help declining regions around the globe transform their economies into thriving ones. The VE Alliance, headed by founder Frank Knott, is a coalition of independent organizations and individuals who are passionate about their work.
