Children, young people and their families across Cheshire East are taking the first brave step to ask Visyon for support with their mental health and wellbeing. They wish to build the resilience needed to lead happy and fulfilling independent futures as young adults. Anxiety, stress, low mood, anger, self-harm and thoughts of suicide are just some of the mental health issues they come to Visyon with, all of which are impacting on their day to day lives, relationships and behaviour. Visyon goes on to provide individual counselling, group therapy, mentoring, creative activities and wellbeing support – this vital service is all free of charge thanks to donations like yours!
