V.I.S.V.A.S. is a voluntary, non-profit, non-political organization with an aim to create globally competitive education systems. The activities of the organization are governed by the three basic principles: Inspire - Facilitate - Create. According to the organization, these are three characteristics of any change and each of the three is essential for bringing about a change. One can be a part of change by either inspiring, facilitating or creating. Also, the change itself inspires, facilitates and creates. What began as a student group within IIT Delhi has now grown to become a registered NGo and has expanded its reach to other educational institutes also. V.I.S.V.A.S. is presently involved with implementation of a web based notice system in colleges of Delhi University.
