VISUAL TECHNOLOGY LAB Information

We are a tech company focusing on improving productivity of AEC sector. We help our clients to achieve the highest efficiency in their workflow processes at any of the stages of an Architecture, Engineering and Construction projects. We accomplish that with productivity solutions through the integration of BIM with Augmented and Virtual Reality, having a special emphasis on productivity solutions for Construction Sites. Thanks to AR devices, as smartphones with ARCore/ARKit technology, and Augmented Reality HMD’s like Microsoft HoloLens, we bring BIM models to the construction site. We also implement all our developments in every Virtual Reality device. This allows us to access the BIM model from different devices anywhere in the world and, at the same time, no specific software installation is required or to have any previous knowledge of BIM. Moreover, we bring BIM to every agent involved in the project, improving the communication between them and increasing the productivity of the company. Thereby we create cyber-physical spaces, those where physical and digital space come together to create a common area where it's possible to interact between both worlds in real time.
