Visual Response is an Event Management Agency established in 1991, providing full service support for live events including production, logistics, exhibition design and build, audio visual support and video editing. We are based in London and our studio at Borough is fully equipped with both Apple and Windows platforms enabling the production of presentation support, software and video editing, exhibition stand design, in combination with print design and production to be completed in-house. Our teams have managed events across the world working with a resource of trusted suppliers to provide cost effective solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. Our experience of working at all levels within any client company enables us to provide an exceptional level of creativity, quality and service to our clients. At the heart of what we do is the delegate experience whether they are participants or presenters. Our logistics teams work with clients to assist with the choice and management of the venue, delegate travel and local arrangements, on-site management as well as the support of the presenters and client team. Whether it involves working in an external venue or in an internal facility our early involvement on a project enables us to add the greatest amount of value.
