VM+ was founded in 2012 by Brisbane based businesswoman, Jano Dawes and her creative and talented team from The Prop House. It was established to make the exciting global retail visual merchandising trends, products and ideas available to Brisbane’s retail clientele – for the store and their staff. It’s led by Heather Davern, a creative, and committed designer and visual merchandising expert. VM+ now extends into custom kids play spaces and of course, Christmas. VM+ provides visual merchandising and corporate Christmas display services that will create impact, transform commercial spaces, inspire stakeholders and ultimately increase sales to ensure retail success. VM+ offers a training course designed to teach how to create displays that attract and inspire customers and increase sales with a hands-on approach. VM+ provides: Visual Merchandising; Custom Design & Styling; Christmas Decorations & Displays, VM Training and a Showroom open to the public. VM+ provides: • services for individual retailers or retail chains to provide window dressing, in-store merchandising, store layout and design consultancy • visual merchandising for seasonal fashion (Spring/Summer or Autumn/Winter), window dressing and external displays • custom design & build for seasonal displays and promotional styling including kids play spaces, fresh food and school holiday activations • Christmas Decorations for shopping centres, corporate venues and external use • has a showroom open to the public selling and from October to December is transformed into a Christmas wonderland offering for sale a large range of Christmas decorations from quality trees to garlands and wreaths suitable for internal and external use VM+ is the sister company of The Prop House, Brisbane’s best and award-winning event theming and prop hire company, a name synonymous with extravagance, excellence and luxe elegance.
