Visor MMC has secured an EU patent for an innovative construction fixing technology. Our solution allows assembly of a Monolithic precast concrete panel with factory fitted insulation. Our innovative wall panels are completed in a factory setting by a semiskilled workforce, without the need, for qualified trade persons, that is, Carpenters and Block layers. This method greatly reduces the skill levels, costs and time required to build homes and other buildings. It also negates the national shortage of qualified trades people in the construction industry. The Insulated Wall Panels are delivered to site and the house / building assembled and water tight within days; ready for the next phase of completion - with improved measurable delivered VISOR MMC offers the most thermally efficient, thermally massive and thermal bridge free walling solution on the market today. This is achieved by the patented construction method, design-order process and assembly within a controlled factory environment.
