Rhythm & Motion Dance Workout Program fosters physical and emotional well being through sharing the joy of dance with people from all walks of life. A woman-owned business started by Consuelo Faust in 1979, R&M has become a San Francisco tradition. We offer a full schedule of drop-in dance workout classes at the beautiful, state-of-the-art ODC Dance Commons, as well as local community centers. Rhythm & Motion emphasizes the joyful spirit and open expressiveness of dance. An alternative to the "body perfect" standard that permeates our society, our program cultivates a welcoming, accepting atmosphere that promotes health and well being. We believe that dancing offers an opportunity to reconnect heart and mind and that truly, anyone can dance!

The Academy of Dance Arts is located in Downers Grove, Illinois and is home to the Academy Dance Alliance (ADA) - a competitive and performing dance company and National Award-Winning Team headed by Sherry Moray and Ricky Ruiz. The Academy has a superb Ballet Training Program which imparts all dancers with superior technique for the Dance Arts. From Pre-Ballet through our Pre-Professional Division, Academy students learn the Art of Ballet through dedicated Master Instructors. The Academy also has many excellent programs for recreational dancers in Hip Hop, Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary Jazz, Tap, and combination classes for Tap and Jazz or Tap and Musical Theatre. Our Young Children's Dance Programs and Classes for Adults and Teens are also a wonderful conduit for health, fitness, and learning the Art of Dance in Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, etc.
