Vision Sports Club Information

Vision Sports Club is the only health club in the Rockland County area to offer a dedicated, comprehensive youth fitness section. Especially designed for ages 8 - 14, our Youth Fit Zone empowers your child with healthy habits that will last a lifetime. The Youth Fit Zone is a one-of-a-kind environment that provides a "gym within a gym" dedicated exclusively to youth fitness. Children receive their own membership cards, training area and lounge and follow a guided exercise program under the direction and supervision of Vision Sports Club Youth Fitness Coaches. Combining exercise and entertainment, our Youth Fit Zone features the latest hi-tech interactive equipment, child-safe functional weight-training machines, and a variety of scheduled exercise classes to appeal to any child. Our Youth-Only classes such as Jump! Trampoline, Spin, Field Day Games, Fitness Circuits, and Obstacle Course are designed to give your child a great workout and have a fun time doing it. Before or after a class, our Youth Fit Zone members can congregate in their own supervised teen lounge, equipped with computers and a flat-screen television. • Our YFZ Lounge provides an ideal environment for any member to complete homework between class sessions with Homework Helpers available upon request. There are also separate bathrooms and cubbies designated for Youth Fit Zone members.
