VisionCare is a specialist ophthalmology consultancy led by Dr. Marko Lukic, a Moorfields Eye Hospital-trained consultant with subspecialty expertise in medical retina and uveitis. Dr. Lukic served as Moorfields' first virtual consultant, leading the development of remote diagnostic imaging pathways within the Medical Retina Service, making VisionCare uniquely positioned to help healthcare organisations build, improve, and scale ophthalmic services that are clinically credible, operationally sound, and built to last. What we do VisionCare works with hospitals, private clinics, and healthcare organisations across Croatia, the United Kingdom, and internationally, providing three integrated services: Teleophthalmology & Remote Clinical Services: subspecialty-led remote consultations, multimodal imaging interpretation, structured clinical reporting, and formal second opinions in medical retina and uveitis, delivered to best clinical standards. Virtual Ophthalmology Clinic Design & Implementation: end-to-end design and deployment of virtual ophthalmology services, from clinical protocol development and governance frameworks through to a live, functioning service. External Clinical Consultancy: strategic and clinical advisory to healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and health technology ventures navigating the intersection of clinical credibility and commercial development.
