Visible Welding was founded in 2006 with the singular objective of developing video systems for welding. We are 100% focused on robust, factory-ready solutions that incorporate the latest imaging hardware, image processing algorithms, and software optimized for the unique challenges of capturing weld video in a range of applications and environments. . Visible Welding's products have evolved as camera technologies have improved. Our original cameras utilized multiple microsecond exposures, combined into video in real-time. Our current camera, the V2016-Z, uses a unique color sensor with highly optimized control electronics and a zoom lens to provide unparalleled image quality. The WeldWatchtm Video Monitoring System combines the V2016-Z camera with the WeldWatch Monitoring Software application to provide an easy to use monitoring solution. As digital technology advances, we pick the best new techniques and adapt them to arc welding light. There are many facets to video technology and our development team brings together a broad skill-set spanning electronics, camera design, image processing algorithms, and industrial engineering.
