Since then we have always been a catalyst for change as we have introduced new and innovative ideas to make the purchase of a vehicle more consumer friendly. For example, Gordon shocked the Metro Detroit area in 1989 by inventing the No-Dicker Sticker which wowed customers by displaying the best price on a red tag hanging from each vehicle’s rear view mirror up front without the need of haggling. No longer did the customer have to rely on their negotiating skills to get a good deal.
That philosophy, maintained to this day, is what paved the way to success and compelled the dealership to complete a major expansion in 1991 and several updates in recent years.
