We are Vertically Limited, a small Digital Development team based out of Lancashire with a goal to provide other businesses in the area the opportunity to grow and scale by automating parts of their customer service. We specialise in call centre automation, call campaign supplementation, and business growth. Our small team allows us to implement changes to any size business quickly. Given the current climate in respect of the COVID-19 Pandemic Virticall is also ideally placed to offer immediate assistance to all scale business and enterprise throughout the region in respect of creating remote working infrastructure, webinar facilities, flexible voice communications, contact centre automation applications, and remote fulfillment services. We would like to explore what services are of most benefit to small to medium scale businesses in the region where we may provide the greatest assistance in business recovery after the pandemic.
