Viridian Investment Partners, L.P. Information

Viridian Investment Partners, L.P., is a Delaware limited liability company, formed in 2007 for the purpose of seeking capital appreciation primarily through investment in the equity securities of private companies. Viridian seeks investment opportunities in three principal areas: Telecommunications infrastructure, including data centers, communications towers, fiber optic facilities, and wireless backhaul; Alternative energy/”green” technology; Web 3.0/digital media, including software as a service. The Fund will also consider investments in existing businesses outside of these three areas where management has “proven the business plan” and is seeking expansion capital. Typical investments are in the range of $3 to $10 million although investments up to $25 million are permitted. Viridian has four managers, who are the primary investors.
