Vipservice Holding Information

Vipservice Holding was founded in 1993. The holding is the largest Russian consolidator of airline and railway ticket sales, travel and related services, and the main agent for national carriers such as Aeroflot and Russian Railways (RZD). The services are provided to over 10,000 sub-agents at the Holding's Moscow-based and 10 regional representative offices in Saint-Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Rostov-on-Don, Tyumen, Perm, Novosibirsk, Krasnodar, Izhevsk, Irkutsk and Chelyabinsk. The Holding has been developing corporate tourism services for over 20 years. These services are provided in 6 Moscow offices and regional representative offices. In 2008, it launched Bitelix, an on-line travel agency. Today, Biletix is one of the three largest portals for ticket reservation and sales in the Russian Internet. Vipservice is an operator of the national chain of service centers for reservation of air and railway transport services, it has its own retail chain selling tickets in Moscow and Moscow area and over 4,500 on-line sales outlets. Almost eight million passengers fly every year with travel documents generated through us. We sell over three and a half million railway tickets. Currently, the Holding employs 1,400 people.
