All our staff and technicians are required to take professional in-house and outside training by top educators from top industry brands such as OPI, CND (creators of shellac), Young Nails, and BioSculpture Gel... just to name a few. In addition our technicians are trained in product knowledge and communicating skills, which we feel is important so that our clients can ask us any questions, and we can address any concerns and give professional nail care advice thoroughly. We also have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. So, if at any point one of our clients is unhappy, we are more than happy to make the situation right. In addition to this, our salon features pipe-free whirlpool systems on all our pedicure chairs. This is a new state-of-the-art whirlpool system that does not use water jets, and instead, uses a magnetic wave to circulate the water. This system can be more easily cleaned than traditional water jet systems, and is cleaned thoroughly by our technicians after each and every client. Our salon also features a nail bar with leather bar-style seating so that friends can sit and relax together as they get their nails done.
