We offer a door-to-door service. We pick you up where you are (airport, hotel, etc.) and in our modern van take you to the port through the toll road (better and faster), give you the ferry ticket, and wait for you on the other side (on the island) to take you to your hotel. Really, you don't have to think about anything! We are a "transportadora federal". That means our service follows all the rules. We have our colorful office on the island and serious (and friendly) representatives on the island and mainland. We have the best insurance available and a whole organization that back ups our service. We work with certified drivers with a special federal driving licence. We have ten vans driving between Holbox and Rivera Maya permanently (even if something goes wrong, back up is on its way). All vans at VIP Holbox have a satellite transmitter where we can locate all drivers in real time, helping our logistics and our clients safety. If you are going from Holbox to the airport, we guarantee you don't miss your flight (yes, we will pay the expenses for another flight if we are not on time). VIP Holbox has been an established company for more than ten years and wants to stay that way for much longer.
