Viotti Architects, founded by Ray Viotti, offers clients a full range of architectural and planning services for both new construction and remodeling. The team of California licensed architects and illustrators specializes in both residential and commercial projects, including full and partial remodels, as-built conditions, custom single family homes, vacation homes, general commercial, and retail and office spaces. In-house certified structural engineering services are also available, increasing project efficiency. Ray Viotti, AIA, has over 20 years of experience and has worked on projects throughout Northern California, including the San Francisco Bay Area, Napa, Tahoe, and Lake County. Ray received his Bachelor of Architecture at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Ray lives in San Carlos, California with his wife, where he enjoys outdoor adventures, photography, and entertaining family and friends. The design philosophy at Viotti Architects is client focused. Rather than promote a particular architectural style, the team considers the client's vision and functional requirements first and foremost, while keeping realistic budget and time constraints in mind. A close relationship is established with the client for each project; by the end of the design process the client practically becomes a member of the Viotti Architects family.
