Our investment philosophy centers around identifying large addressable markets undergoing change driven by shifting enterprise or consumer preferences. Within those markets, we look for companies that have: disruptive business models built on sound unit economics; sustainable competitive advantages; strong network effects; and exceptional management teams. We maintain a long-term view and think of short-term volatility as an opportunity to capitalize on market dislocations around industries we follow closely and know well. We employ a fundamental, bottom-up approach and focus on doing differentiated primary research. Our portfolio is a collection of “best ideas” where we see the most attractive risk/return profile.
