SPECIALISED SERVICES & PRODUCTS: Soil science and GIS, Vititec plant material, viticulture, agricultural economics, supply chain analysis, WineMS IT software and wine tourism. INFORMATION TRANSFER: Publications such as WineLand, the SA Wine Industry Directory and Vinpro Cost Guide, e-newsletters, web and social media, information days, workshops, seminars and study groups. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT: Various training programmes, including for vineyard workers, wine tourism establishments and board members, guidance surrounding enterprise development and black economic empowerment, as well as support to other industry bodies who focus on ethical trade, socio-economic upliftment and harm reduction.
