Vimecon opens up a new dimension of catheter ablation. The technology uses the most precise and – in our opinion – best possible method of ablating heart tissue for the treatment of cardiac arrhythmia: the vimecon laser method. Our goal is to allow patients to live their lives free from cardiac arrhythmia and the dependence on life-long medication. In recent years, the catheter treatment of atrial fibrillation and other forms of cardiac arrhythmia has become established as standard procedure. However, there are still many challenges ahead with regard to complicated treatments, such as atrial fibrillation. Vimecon is actively working on these challenges and has developed a system, which allows doctors to work quickly and effectively.
