PRADAN (Professional Assistance for Development Action) is a non-government, non-profit organisation that works with India’s rural underserved. Across ten states in the country, PRADAN professionals engage with disadvantaged communities to help them emerge from poverty and lead a life of dignity. PRADAN promotes Self-Help Groups, develops locally relevant economic activities, mobilises finances from government schemes, and introduces models to improve livelihoods of the marginalised communities and sustain their progress. As of 31st March 2023, PRADAN along with partners, impacted the lives of 2.64 million rural households spread across 25,421 villages, in 575 community development blocks, 133 districts, and 8 states of India.

Established in 1996, Dr. Reddy’s Foundation (DRF) is a not-for-profit organization working to improve education, healthcare, livelihoods, and climate resilience for low-income communities across India. Over the years, DRF has pioneered large-scale employability programs, strengthened school education, upgraded Primary Health Centres, and advanced farmer-centric climate-smart agriculture. As of March 2025, DRF’s initiatives have directly impacted 1.9 million people, including children, youth, rural households, and persons with disabilities. The programs are designed and delivered in collaboration with governments, corporates, and civil society partners, ensuring scale, sustainability, and measurable outcomes. As India navigates complex social challenges, DRF continues to embrace technology, innovation, and partnerships as levers for greater impact. The aim is not just to solve for today, but to enable systemic change that lasts.
