More details at https://val.cds.iisc.ac.in/openings.html Video Analytics Lab (VAL) is part of Dept. of Computational and Data Sciences (CDS), Indian Institute of Science (IISc). The wider scope of the laboratory is to develop intelligent systems for analyzing and understanding visual data in the form of images and videos. The ultimate objective of such a system is to simulate human cognition and hence develop the ability to make useful inferences based on the image/video content.
