We have a wide network of qualified, experienced and trusted carers. We only accept the top 10% of applicants who must have a minimum of two years’ experience. Vida carers must pass our strict in-house recruitment and training processes. Behind them sit a team of leading and award winning care managers and care co-ordinators. We take on the responsibility of managing the logistics for you, using our automated carer allocation and check-in system to ensure that you have the right trusted and reliable carers as and when you need them. Our carers receive holistic training, higher than average pay and sophisticated logistics support. We provide them with the best tools to provide consistently reliable and quality care.
