Victrix LLC is a real estate investment and development firm focusing on multifamily and hotel investments. Our four targets are: (1) adaptive reuse conversions of office, hotels, or warehouse buildings into residential, hospitality or mixed-use properties; (2) bridge financings or loan acquisitions for transitional assets including hospitality and adaptive reuse projects; (3) hotel repositioning and re-flagging; and (4) projects with complicated financing structures that require strong operating or development capabilities to return to stabilization.
