Victory Bay Recovery Center Information

Victory Bay Recovery Center is a drug & alcohol rehab center located in south New Jersey that offers effective outpatient substance abuse treatment and rehab for drug addiction including heroin, opioids, and alcohol. Our chemical dependency outpatient treatment program provides a trauma informed approach utilizing Evidence-Based Treatment (EBT) modalities and the 12-step based recovery process that we customize to each patients’ needs in a small, intimate setting. Our environment is welcoming and safe, so that people can recover from their addictions and heal from trauma. We maintain small case load sizes which allows counselors to give the individualized attention clients desire. Individual therapy is provided weekly allowing for consistent attention to treatment goals. These private sessions allow for trust and rapport to be built with one’s counselor and opportunity to explore concerns that they may not be able to fully explore in group sessions. We recognize the importance of family who may also participate in therapy with their loved one as requested. Group therapy is a primary modality of treatment for substance use. We aim to hold small group sessions. Our clinical program strives to provide holistic treatment. Counselors are trained in traditional therapies for the treatment of addiction including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which is coupled with philosophies and principles of 12-Step Programs. Psychiatric services are regularly available to assist in the management of any co-occurring disorders and to assist in the symptom management of early sobriety. We offer case management services and supports. We recognize that individuals have careers, health issues, and education needs that require attention. We also offer an Older Adults Treatment System (O.A.T.S.), which offers a mature approach to recovery with like-minded adults ages 27+.
