Victorian Health Building Authority Information

With the fastest growing population to care for, the Victorian Health Building Authority is responsible for the planning and delivery of the Victorian Government’s multibillion-dollar health infrastructure program across Victoria. This includes planning and building new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. We also administer the replacement and upgrade of engineering infrastructure and medical equipment, alongside the asset management of existing health facilities. Through strong partnerships with local and federal government, health services, industry and Victorian communities, we provide innovative and sustainable solutions to ensure our health system meets the current and future needs of all Victorians.
