The Victoria Highlanders provides the highest level of soccer on Vancouver Island. Entering its 11th season, the Highlanders compete in the 74-team United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL). The organization promotes a healthy lifestyle through soccer at the PDL level and in the Pacific Coast Soccer League (PCSL) with the VHFC Reserves. A new ownership group, new logo and an unprecedented number of local partners have come together to put the club back on the sporting map.
