Named after a Betty Davis song, Nasty Gal is a fashion brand rooted in old-school rock ’n roll and the thrill of the vintage chase. We’re grounded by where we come from: inspired by the past, living in the moment to bring style into the future. While we're rooted in California, we live globally online. Our headquarters are based in Downtown LA and Manchester, UK. We’re here for the girl in progress: She’s uninhibited, unfinished, and changing the world by simply being herself. We may be rooted in Los Angeles, but we live everywhere online. Our two head office locations are suited in Downtown LA and Manchester's Northern Quarter (UK).

We are an independent women's fashion brand, celebrating individuality, community and empowering self expression. Each Motel piece is consciously designed by our wonderful team in London, with the essence of vintage, girlhood and independence at its core. Motel was founded on a 1990s road trip that spanned California, New Mexico, and beyond. Taking its namesake from the motels they lived out of while on the road, founders Will and Andy have built Motel into the global brand it is today, with teams based in Bali and London.

Our playful, rebellious, and alternative lifestyle brand channels attitude and magic into great design and unsurpassed quality and a vast product offering. With an eclectic mix of Goth, Punk Rock, Glam, and Festival Fashion, KILLSTAR has gained a worldwide following in pursuit of realising our brand’s invitation for people to explore, become, and celebrate who they are.
