In California, our average listing is $600,000. Most agents charge $18,000 just to list the home for sale. Thats wrong. When we list a home for sale we also put a sign in the front yard and upload great photos and info into the MLS. But we also build a website just for that home. We then push that website onto all of the popular property search engines, Facebook, Instagram, Craigslist, etc. We also market each home to all local residences and smartphones that come within a 400 yards of the listed home through push notification technology. We are a flat fee model that simply charges: $4,850 for homes under $500k $6,850 for homes between $500k to $1 Million $8,850 for homes over $1 Million This saves the homeowner around $13,000 on average. Often, our clients save $15k to $18k!
